Products

• All products are made to order and produced using 3D printing in PLA plastic.

• Custom products are individually hand-painted and offered as “1 of 1.” Once sold, the payment link is archived and the product is no longer available.

• Due to the nature of 3D printing and hand-finishing, minor variations, layer lines, or surface imperfections may occur. These are considered part of the production process and not defects.

• Product dimensions, colours, and finishes shown on the website are approximate and may differ slightly from the final product.

• Products are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Orders & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

• All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or process your card details directly.

• Production typically begins immediately after payment. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

Shipping

• We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (small parcel). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

• In the event of loss or damage in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, product descriptions, and other website content are the intellectual property of Denial Damas Ltd.

• Reproduction, modification, or redistribution of our products, designs, or content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Liability

• Our products are decorative art objects. They are not designed for functional use.

• Products may include small parts or sharp edges and are not suitable for children.

• We accept no liability for misuse of our products.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denial Damas Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
