what are your products made from?
our pieces are 3d printed in pla (polylactic acid), a lightweight and durable bioplastic derived from renewable resources.
do you accept custom requests?
currently, we do not offer fully custom commissions, but we may release limited editions or variations from time to time. follow our socials for info.
do you offer refunds?
because each product is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or returns. the only exception is if your item arrives damaged in transit (see refund policy).
are they all the same?
no two items are exactly identical. the 3d printing process can create minor variations or surface textures. custom items are completely 1 of 1, we will never make another the same.
can i attach it to my bag or belt?
yes. optionally you can include our custom pla carabiner and cord, allowing you to wear it or clip it to your belongings. you can also use your own attachment method or they also work as standalone decorative objects.
