Due to the custom and hand-made nature of our products, refunds and returns are generally not available. Each item is produced to order, and once shipped, it cannot be returned for change of mind.

Exceptions – Damaged Items

• If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

• Photographic evidence of both the product and the packaging is required to assess the damage.

• Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

• If a replacement is not possible (for example, with “custom” one-of-a-kind products), a refund will be issued.

Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for the following:

• Minor surface variations, layer lines, or other characteristics inherent to the 3D printing process.

• Variations or inconsistencies in gloss varnish, or imperfections resulting from the hand-painting process.

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or failure to handle the product appropriately.

• Delays in shipping or delivery that are outside of our control.
